He has honed his skills working at some of the most renowned restaurants in the world, including the 3 Michelin starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Lucknam Park Hotel, The Dairy, Leroy and The Press Club. When it comes to sourcing ingredients, Andy only works with the best. He has been ordering from some of London's top suppliers, such as Natoora, Hg Walter and Celtic Fish, for many years to ensure that he is using the freshest, highest quality ingredients for his dishes.
